BJ Lasconia
Head Coach
My name is Bronsen (BJ) Lasconia, I'm 36 years old and a graduate of Shorecrest high school where I was elected all-league honors as both a basketball and football athlete. After being recruited by several colleges around the country for football an injury during my senior year opened the door for an opportunity in basketball. I received a basketball scholarship to Seattle community college where I played for one season before transferring to play at Bellevue college. I've previously coached for the Seattle stars from 2011-2016, then coached last season for SRV select. I have an uplifting passion for sports and strive to instill my core beliefs within my teams. Hard work and perseverance with a true sense of athletic camaraderie is at the backbone of my coaching philosophy. In conjunction with my basketball coaching duties I've also coached football from 2011-216 with the richmond bulldogs and are currently coaching for the north creek jaguars program. Upon graduating college I married my wife Sarah and I'm a proud father to three children, Andre (13), Tyson (11), and Callie (9).

About Beau: Beau is a 5th grader at St. Joe’s school who enjoys all sports. If not playing for his Mega team, he’s playing Baseball, Tennis and Football. He roots for his hometown UW Huskies and follows his favorite UW alum – Isaiah Thomas. Beau also takes his grades seriously, he currently holds a 3.9 GPA in his 5th grade class at St. Joes.
